Public Records Requests

How to Make a Public Records Request

To request public records, please be as specific as possible about the information you seek. This would include the case number if you know it, the name of the defendant and any other information that would help us search for the information you seek.

Please be sure to provide your contact information in case we have questions and so that we might provide the records to you.

Send this information to our records custodian, Mary Balazs. Written requests can be sent to:
Office of the State Attorney
88820 Overseas Highway
Tavernier, FL 33070

Disclaimer

Under Florida law, e-mail addresses are public records. If you do not want your e-mail address released in response to a public records request, do not send electronic mail to this entity. Instead, contact this office by phone or in writing.
